    Longest run since last year's Chosen. Felt great throughout. Always more fun and easier when you run with great friends. 5 weeks away from the Orange Leaf 1/2 marathon.

    You never realized how heavy a camelback full of water is over 10 miles till you have it strapped to your back. Got through it. Concentrated on form, breathing and water intake.

    I had a great 5K race this morning. A 5K PR ! I have never broken 25:00 before. Been averaging about 25:45 the last couple of 5K's. My mile splits were : 7:45 , 8:10 , & 7:58.
