alright Bluebell woods, phone box loop 1.75 mi 00:15 08:41 pace
Muddy trail loop. Legs fine, no twinges. Surprised at how puffed I was after only a 6 week break.. Actually felt like stopping. Need to get a lot more miles in, but building up slowly.

alright Work woods route 2.39 mi 00:29 12:16 pace
First run for 6 weeks. Run/walk/bump into friend and chat.
No ankle pain, just usual one tightness which will go with a couple of short runs. Overall pleased-
Good to see you back running , Well done

great Wood End and back 3.79 mi 00:35 09:10 pace
Easy run, nice and warm. Upped cadence on final third and got into a nice comfy rhythm, shall try and start that earlier in run. Finding it hard to run smoothly until I've warmed up for a couple of k.
