      Nice job! That run was SUPER hard. I couldn't find the gears on the run either. But it was more of a brain/muscle thing as my HR stayed in the 140s and 150s for the whole thing. EXCELLENT work on getting it done!

    z3 run with 3min surges every 20min. felt great going out and had hr creep coming back due to incline most of the way. Always felt I had those extra gears for surges
