    A little rainy and humid for the 10k this morning. Mark and I ran it as a tempo run, getting in some good 6:30ish miles in the middle of the race. Felt pretty good, though dehydrated!

      haha, that's one thing I don't miss about running is having to plan my eating so religiously. cycling is much more forgiving about that...today I ate 2 PB&J's not long before heading out and riding 76. I'd never do that with running.

      yeah I was hurting on that 2nd loop. it's gotten worse as I have gotten older. I used to be able to eat pot roast and then go run 10 minutes later. sadly no longer!
