    50 minutes on the dreadmill this morning, 25 minutes at 8% incline and 25 minutes at 7:45 pace. Nothing major to report, just hate running indoors on a dreadmill, but you gotta do what you gotta do.

      Hahaha, isn't that the truth? Mid 70s is still flippin' hot! I sure hope it gets lower than that by October for my marathon in Tyler!
