      Maffetone. Kind of. I like my heart rate to stay lower than most peeps. I feel better during and after a run that way...I just don't get done as fast.

    Three weeks of p90x down. My left hamstring and my right knee are off. It is good that we are starting a rest week. It is full of cardio but hopefully will let my stuff work itself out.

    After three weeks of Ab Ripper, I CAN DO SIT UPS. I couldn't get my shoulders off the ground when I started. I was pretty inspired.

    Jonathan and I were alone in town and took a stroll. We jogged and walked and gawked at the amazing quail habitat, of coarse. It was very nice.

      We did legs and back last night and my legs are weak today...and sore. But, I did a lot better last night and than week. I was able to do the wall squats without coming out of them this week.
