    It was very icy and windy, and most sidewalks were not cleared. I turned around early because I was afraid that I was either going to fall or be hit by a car, but at least I got out there:)

    It was good, but my hip was really achy in the dampness, and I think I overcompensated too much, b/c my planterfacia started acting up in the opposite foot!

    This was the first run that I have done by myself that I felt really great on. I really enjoyed the entire thing, and could have kept going comfortably. It is nice to be getting back in shape:)
