64F and 87% humidity this morning. Mixed my movie return with 8x100 strides. Legs felt pretty good after 17 yesterday. Tried to keep the pace fairly relaxed. I think I did a good job of that. I guess I'm officially in taper mode. This plan still calls for 47 miles this week with 13 next weekend. I like this better than really dropping off for the last 3 weeks. I think I'll stay fresher. Have a super Monday!
