Just 90 minutes to finish off the week. Kept the pace easy and relaxed. I had hoped to end up with just over 50 miles this week, but an extra day off, Tuesday, due to soreness kept the mileage a bit lower. In the grand scheme of things, I'm sure it won't matter. I still love these Sunday morning runs, despite the 4 or 5F temps with windchill this morning. The roads were empty and it was just quiet. Plenty of time to think and relflect on my training and upcoming marathons. Home in time to fix omlets for everyone before church this morning. Have a great day all.

Very nice run here and also smart to listen to your body in reducing the mileage because a healthy body is what will pay off in the end!
