My legs felt better this morning than yesterday, if that's possible. Started off slow, around 8+/mile. Around mile 9 I started to pick up the pace.

I didn't look at the Garmin until mile 16 or 17 and that was just to see the distance. I was surprised to see my splits. 8 mintues faster than yesterday's 20.
It was a beautiful morning. Clear, bright moon setting and stars out when I left at 5:40. 25F, but no breeze today. Another day I was thankful to be running. Had a GU, banana, and banana muffin with some water before leaving. Another great confidence building run. Looking forward to tapering a bit over the next three weeks!
