alright Slushy, sloppy long 20.02 mi 02:40 07:59 pace

There was about an inch of snow/slush on the ground this morning. Made for some wet going. My feet were pretty soaked by the end. Glad for my smartwool sock though. Took a 27 oz water bottle with me today and placed it at the end of our subdivision. Made my way back past about mile 9 and again at mile 17. Was good to hydrate. Also took some Jelly Belly sports beans between miles 11 and 14. I did eat before I went out today as well, 2 pumpkin/chocolate chip muffins and a banana. Legs feeling it by the end though. Part of it could have been a rough night of sleep. We had some extra 12 yos overnight for a birthday party. I got to bed later and up at 1:15 to check on the noise from the basement! Back at it again tomorrow. Have a great Saturday.
