good Second Sunday run 6.31 mi 00:46 07:16 pace

Just 3 out and back. Into a still breeze on the way back. My legs, mainly calves and shins, felt a bit tight for the first 3 or 4 miles and then loosened up. I was happy with the pace of my second run today though, 20 sec/mile faster. HR average was 148. Was able to go in shorts this time and actually felt over dressed a bit. Too many layers on top! For only running 4 days this week I'm glad to have gotten 54 miles. I did run doubles 2 days. A bit of a step down after a high of 70 miles last week. 5 weeks until go time! Have a great evening.
