      Very cool! Our basecamp was in Page AZ and we did a bunch of out n backs to Horseshoe bend and Antelope canyon as well as the other places. You need to organize getting to the Wave--less than an hour north of Page; you can organize requesting a permit there if you know when you're going to be there approx 3 mos. ahead of time...otherwise there's like a 5% chance you'll get a permit just by showing up to the ranger/park station in Kanab, Utah.

      I did some googling and the Wave looks great too! We'll have to add that to the list for next time. Thanks for the tip! The entire area is just amazing. Way different than the flat midwest :) Had a nice chilly swim in lake Powell while in Page as well.
