    Fantastic out there this morning. 53F and it felt like lower humidity. Three easy-ish miles and then 5x20 sec strides. Nice way to start the day.

      I wish I had taken advantage of our lower humidity days a few weeks ago as I start my comeback. The humidity is fully back here in Kansas.
