I felt much better physically today. Monday I was just so happy to get out on to the road again that I felt great regardless of anything else. Today I just felt good. I set out to keep in Zone 4 and was happy that for 90% of the run I did. I am also glad I felt good enough to go another half mile. With the heat and not running outside for so long I stopped at 2 miles on Monday and then walked the last half mile of my route. Today I had no problem doing more. Also? I ran 3 times this week. This might be a trend. :)
