I am quite sure this time looks as ridiculous to you as it does to me. BUT - it's all about my HR right now. The humidity today was BRUTAL and I kept having to slow down to keep my HR in my Zone 2. Kept in in the zone for 3 miles and then picked it up for the last half mile. Anyways - had some great tunes, felt great despite sweating like crazy, and am happy!

HR training has got to be so difficult, I know I would struggle to keep in Zone 2 also. Nice work Colleen!
