Great mind clearing run in my HR Zone 2 for all but the last .3 miles. Followed up with a bunch of active isolated stretching on my cool-down walk. My neighbors think I look silly. :)

    Thanks guys! I don't mind looking silly. They were the ones sitting on lawn chairs while I was working out. :)
