1 mile warm up, 6@ Marathon pace.Coach said steady pace, so I ran 9:44/9:44/9:42/9:44/9:35/9:35. Wasn't really looking at my watch AT ALL during this run, so I literally laughed when I saw how consistent I was. Legs really warmed up around mile 3/4 and felt great. Really strong up the hills and all.
