Work on Saturdays in the city....but I've found the key to a good Saturday--NAP! I actually napped on the train on the way home, woke up on the train hungry, had a granola bar. Was still hungry when I got home so I had a mini-bagel with almond butter, then went out for a run. About 3/4 of a mile in, I noticed a guy had tacked on to my run. We were pretty evenly paced and spent the next 3+ miles running along side each other. When we finished I turned around to wave thanks/goodbye, but he caught up to me and we started chatting. It was funny because he was SO happy to have found a running buddy. As we were talking I realized, not only does he live in my same apartment building, but he's also Michelle 's neighbor!!! Small world.

Definitely pushed the pace more than I would have on my own. My left hip/hamstring are tightttttt. Gotta stretch out well for tomorrow's 10!
