First off, congrats to everyone who ran the NYC Half today!!! Perfect weather for you guys!
Was feeling super lazy and tired today and really didn't want to go out for a run. Dragged my butt out of the house around 3. Felt great the first mile, even got a high five from some random dude. Then I just felt exhausted, turned around at the halfway point and was assaulted by this refreshing cool wind. As nice as it felt, it just made me more and more tired. Still, as far as I can tell, this is my fastest 5k to date. By the end of this run my stomach was cramping up. I really need to get my long runs in, but for the past three Sundays I just haven't been feeling it.
