  2. goodLong walk around the neighbor... 3.75 mi

Such a beautiful day out, got to really enjoy it. Ken and I walked a bit on the boardwalk, then we realized in order to come home we'd have to pass a pizzeria we've been dying to try for a while. The pizza was okay, the ice cold Heineken Light hit the ... read more

Was so so tired when I got home from work last night. Forced myself out of the house and throught the run. Made it home just before sunset. Still blaming DST for all crappy runs.

It's a Thursday puzzle...so you need a few "easy" ones because this puzzle overall was pretty hard. Plus the "tz" combination is a good one :)

That was a clue I was somewhat trepidatious about. Glad to see I was right. ;)

That is great. I need to start doing the NYT puzzle. I used to do it all the time and really enjoyed it. Sam, do you do this online?

No, I usually print it out. (You need a subscription to access it online, but then you can either play it online, on the computer, or print it out)

Felt so good to be back into my usual pilates class. Was so good and tough. I already feel my abs. Great way to start the day. Well, except for having to battle the REALLY annoying tourists/teenagers who were wandering around waiting for the St.Patty's... read more

WTF. This run sucked. Woke up at 6:45, feeling refreshed but not really in the mood to run. Was out of the house by 6:54. My body had no clue what was going on. I though I ran the first mile way too fast, but I was really in 10:20. Ouch. Had to stop an... read more

Not a worry. Your body was just an hour behind. Studies show that it'll take us about a week to adjust. Hey! You did it though. All I wanted to do is sleep in today. Good job if you ask me;)

After signing up for the BK Half I realized I needed to get a training plan in order. Just over 2 months away, I jump straight into week 4 of Hal Higdon's INTERMEDIATE training plan. Will be doing a bit of modification to this plan, but it's time.
