Killer tempo 6.1 mi 00:57 09:23 pace
Tough, tough run, going over Harlem Hill at that, but so worth the effort. This is about 3 min slower than my 10k PR, but for being February and just starting to train again....this is really good.

Thanks :) I wasn't looking at pace during the pick-ups, so it was all done by "feel" I ran my 200m repeats at 6:30 pace...so not sure if these were the right pace or not... *shrug!!*

ashtanga is da bomb! and thoroughly kicked my butt, too. my instructor was the slowest counter ever! would definitely consider doing it more often if i had to give up pilates.
