    Flu to GU...I spent half of last week home sick so I didn't think i would be up for my long run. By God's grace I managed to pull it off with hardly a hiccup in my training. Thank you Lord!

      I have to do about 20-21 miles this weekend.I don't know if I will be able to squeeze in a shorter run except maybe a recovery run on Sunday?
