    Legs felt very heavy tonight. Too much yard work over the weekend. Kind of hot out, but a nice string breeze kept me cool for hlf the run. Nice night.

    Nice trail run with Jessie on her mountain bike. Bugs were out deep in teh woods, but the front part was fine.

    Took Jessie and her frineds for their first ever Dunes run. They loved it. we hit the beach and played some voleyball afterward. The water was so cold, but felt great after the run.

    Nice fast hilly run with John B. and Paul D. A bit windy on Grandma's loop, couldn't wait to get back into the trees. Nice primer for next weeks race.

      when I grow up I want to be like you guys lol One day I have to try out that course I hope it is marked because I don't want to get lost lol

      It is not marked, but there are only a few turns to remember. It's an easy course to follow once you run it once.

    Tempo run. Felt great out there. The wind was a bit strong, but it was a really nice day to run. My legs felt great and kept the pace at a nice cruise pace. 6:25 pace for the tempo portion.
