    Nice big group for a 2 loop Liberty run. Several guys at the early start for a smooth fairly easy pace warmup loop and then some fresh legs for a brisk pace second loop. Great workout.

    8 x 880 hill repeats. 8 repeats at 8 mph at 8% grade for 880 yards. Good workout. I would have liked to do devil repeats (6 at 6 min/mile at 6% grade), but not today. Maybe next time.
