    Same route as yesterday, back to back. The meaning of this is to get tired, and to recover again. Well, I'm tired, hence a litlle slower than yesterday. Mission completed.

    Fighting the wind between 7 and 11 k. Almost no pain in the leg, but now pain in my shoulders. Feels like a left over of the flu. Nevertheless a nice run.
