      Take easy with you back, Time heals. EddieDog and I walk two times a day but I plan too increase to three times as I increase our mileage. You food blog sounds great. I am on Heart Rehab and will follow it with interest!

      Now that I'm not hacking my brains out, I had to catch up with your saga. I'm so glad they figured out what the problem was. I had a similar problem with my collar bone and several ribs. It took massage, manipulation, taping, some breaking up of scar tissue, and physical therapy for about 18 months, but I haven't had any problems since. You'll be glad you did this. My physical therapist was a triathlete. He got me interested in triathlons. Hope something wonderful happens to you too.

    Much more wind than usual, but a lovely run with Akai again. Met a lot of people and stopped a lot of times, so it was more like interval. Nevertheless a refreshing run. Have a good week all.

      Try a physiatrist. At a rehab place. I wouldn't go to a chiropractor, but that's just me and a bunch of other people who don't think our backs should go through adjustment all the time. Anyway, a top spine center screwed me even more and a top rehab place put me back together.

      Thanks. I googled it, butgot only dictionaries and a clinic in Greece. I'm afraid this is not a much practised specialism here. The appointment will be with an orthomanual doctor.
