    Much more wind than usual, but a lovely run with Akai again. Met a lot of people and stopped a lot of times, so it was more like interval. Nevertheless a refreshing run. Have a good week all.

      Try a physiatrist. At a rehab place. I wouldn't go to a chiropractor, but that's just me and a bunch of other people who don't think our backs should go through adjustment all the time. Anyway, a top spine center screwed me even more and a top rehab place put me back together.

      Thanks. I googled it, butgot only dictionaries and a clinic in Greece. I'm afraid this is not a much practised specialism here. The appointment will be with an orthomanual doctor.

    Just a nice run in the rain with Akai. Some exercises before, and some after. Doing the exercises in combination with (as w.u/c.d) running is much better than doing them at the end of the day.

    Phew... All kinds of exercises to strenghten the muscles in my lower back. They have to compensate for the artrosis. Don't think I'll ever like this. :-(
