Walked around the block and up the hills to clear the head. Recovery to stretch out the legs. Hard to not run on recovery day. Good stress buster, to get my head straight. Not, 'how can I get through this shit', but 'how can I get other people get through this shit'. Thankful for supportive friends and people emailling from the mighty USA. Nearly have a paper ready for submission too. YAY.
