Clean healthy eating. So get home from a BBQ, log on to daily mile and instead of running or doing core work I find myself snacking on Lollies. What is wrong with this picture?? People, help me be accountable, and 24 hrs from now ask me if I stopped eating after 10 pm and didn't over do it on candy/Lollies. I will be strong if I know I'm going to get asked !
