50 jumping pull ups
50 kettlebell swings @35 lbs
50 step walking lunge
50 hanging knee to elbows
50 pus press @45lbs
50 back extensions
50 wall ball shots @14lbs
50 burpees
50 double unders (100 single)
Since I did the 100 single jump ropes I went back to see if I could do 50 double unders, and I did. I should have done that from the start and taken the slower time. 36:38 with the 100 extra in there and me kind of going slow.
Warm up was:
10 rounds of:
10 squats
10 push ups
10 sit ups
Did that in 8:15
We also did 50lb overhead Kettlebell swings, I got to 27 reps
