  1. RUN
    good 8.09 mi 01:11 08:50 pace

Had to walk a little and stopped at lights-still worn out from the last few weeks. But still not a bad run.

  2. FIT
    alright NROLFW 01:20

    Very tired.

  3. RUN
    good 5.04 mi 00:42 08:21 pace

Definitely tired from moving and lack of sleep but still managed to do a sub 8 minute mile in there!

  4. RUN
    good 3.11 mi 00:27 08:47 pace

Surprisingly good for a treadmill run when I'm sore and tired. Walked the first bit to warm up and still came out with a good time.

  5. RUN
    alright 4.96 mi 00:45 09:08 pace

For my first run in our new neighborhood, I decided to just run and watch the Garmin to turn around at 2.5. Little did I know how many hills I'd face! Definitely had to walk some.

  6. FIT
    good NROLFW

So good to be back in the gym!

  7. RUN
    blah 4.54 mi 00:40 08:54 pace

NOT a good run. My body is absolutely pooped. I cut it shorter than usual and still had to walk a little. A few days off will be good for me.

  8. RUN
    blah 3.57 mi 00:30 08:17 pace

Don't be deceived by the fast time vi had to stop a lot to breathe and Garmin pauses when I stop.

  9. RUN
    good 5.32 mi 02:45

Not bad for two days after running a half!

  10. RUN
    good 13.1 mi 02:02 09:18 pace

Not a sub-2 but still a PR! Too much narrowing of the course and I got stuck. :(

  11. walk
    good 3.5 mi 00:50 14:17 pace

Walk to keep my legs loose before tomorrow's half.

  12. RUN
    alright 5.35 mi 00:46 08:34 pace

Tired legs and not enough sleep lately, but I pushed through. Fingers crossed to PR on Sunday!

  13. RUN
    blah 3.58 mi 00:30 08:23 pace

Legs were really fatigued this morning. :-/

  14. RUN
    good 5.31 mi 00:45 08:26 pace

Skipping the weights this week so I can try to PR at the OC Half on Sunday!

  15. RUN
    alright 10 mi 01:34 09:24 pace

Had to walk some because my legs felt dead. :-/
