I'm finally done with week7 I've decided since I have 2 weeks left of the couch 2 5k training, i figured now would be a good time to start increasing my speed. Ok... so for some of you 4.2 miles per hour might be pretty slow, but for me it was decent speed for a jog, but i admit my body has gotten used to it, and i'm not quite hitting the 3 mile mark that i need for my 5k race. so i decided to up it to 4.7 mph and omg do my legs burn!!!!! lol. but it's a good burn of course... on week 8 (which starts on saturday) i'm going to try and up my speed to 5.0 mph. which will be the fastest i've ever gone! After my training's done, i plan to start running outside, instead of being a hamster 24/7 and run on my treadmill... the weather outside kind of gives me a good excuse to still do it indoors. i guess maybe that's my fear. I'm afraid to run in public. I hope to break that fear by the end of this month! I'm dreadfully sweaty.. i need a showa! bye bye now!

Great job! You did awesome. I too did C25K. Started in August. I completed a 10K on 11/29... loved the program!
