good Firefighter Workout 00:40

I only did about 40 minutes of the hour DVD workout. I got up early enough to do the whole thing but procrastinated for awhile after waking up and ran out of time. Plus my cat decided to puke while I was in the middle of working out so I stopped to take care of that and didn't go back to finishing (my fault). Oh well, at least it was something.
