good to the BP Trail/3 miles on BP... 6.7 mi 01:07 10:03 pace

I really cursed myself for not taking water along. Had to duck into CVS and hit the drinking fountain on the way home. The trail was beautiful and surprisingly quiet.

great to East China and back home 15 mi 02:36 10:24 pace

Gorgeous gorgeous gorgeous! Now the capri tan lines are being replaced by shorts lines. Came home to find a tick on my leg. Not sure how he hitched a ride. Gross.

  8. RUN
good Turn that frown upside down 3.5 mi 00:34 09:46 pace

started out as a really really crappy run after a night of broken sleep (Cargill decided to run trains at 3 AND 4 am) but once I warmed up, everything seemed a little bit better.

Forgot to log this last week - a nice trot about town. The pace was pushing it a little (for me).

  17. walk
great Lunchtime stomp 1.5 mi 00:30 20:00 pace

Had to get out of the office and take a walk. Wore my Danskos, which are really comfortable, but made my heels a bit sore!
