    Warm ; 3 x 800m in 4:07 w/ 400m jogs ; Cool

    good Loop with Double stroller 3 mi 00:31 10:20 pace

    Trying to slow down these runs for more cardio time but finding it difficult to break from natural pace.

    good Loop 3 mi 00:31 10:28 pace

    A little dehydrated. Ran w/ donkey stroller & 2 kids in 13 mph wind. Felt more like resistance training than running! ;) GFR harder to keep posture w/ stroller but easier to bend at ankle.
