    I realized that my body feels so much better when I run "faster". I think I alter my stride during a slow jog, so my knees ache. Hmm.

    It's funny how much longer it takes to walk - rather than run - errands. But in trying to take it easy and ease back into working out/running, so a walk it was.

    Jeff and I went out for a family jog with Ellie and the running stroller. :90 sec walk/run intervals. For the most part, the run intervals felt good.

    I planned to go 3 miles. Baby had other plans and had a meltdown halfway through. I ended up carrying her and pushing the empty stroller for awhile.

    A friend is coaching a c25k group and I figured it'd be a good way to get back into running. Day 1 was dare I say easy? It felt good to be back pounding the pavement - even with baby in tow.

    alright First walk/jog with the BOB 3 mi

    First run (slow jog?) with my BOB stroller. Baby seemed happy - and totally fine with the jostling. Mama was just happy to get an iced coffee halfway. Probably ran 1 mi and walked 2 of this.

    A walk/jog with my mom. Started off feeling sluggish (and lots of baby bouncing on my bladder) - but when we were done I felt like I absolutely could have kept going.

    Ran roads in my hometown with my mom and sister. Did walk/run intervals, keeping the pace easy and the heart rate low. It was a gorgeous day out there!

    I felt out if breath and took lots of mini breaks to compensate, but they're right about the amazing feeling of feeling weightless while pregnant in the pool.
