      Yay! Great run guys! I won't be running the half this year, but if I push the first half of the marathon I might meet you at mile 17 when both races merge! Yeah, that's not going to happen....LOL.

    5 for 5 this week - getting up before work isn't so bad, now that it is bright before 6am. Just wrapped up Sports Day at school now...that's like another workout itself :) Hello weekend!

    This morning's plans called for a run, but I was too slow to get out of bed, so the trusty elliptical was the next option.

    Up again early to squeeze in a workout before work. I just did the elliptical, mixed in with some squats and upper body weights.

    I REALLY didn't want to get out of bed...a lot of procrastinating going on, but actually was an enjoyable one. Now to have a relaxing day and get some odds and ends done.

    Again, I needed a good jumpstart to the day, so it was another really early morning. I alternated between the elliptical and then weighted squats and arms. 160 squats in total.

      I was actually signed up for the full, but he told me he'd do the half with me, so I switched last night. Now hopefully he will understand why sometimes you just can't 'run any faster' after this!
