chiropractic adjustment .... or at very least a deep tissue massage, prefer to do both if you can?

Again, I needed a good jumpstart to the day, so it was another really early morning. I alternated between the elliptical and then weighted squats and arms. 160 squats in total.

Yay! Great run guys! I won't be running the half this year, but if I push the first half of the marathon I might meet you at mile 17 when both races merge! Yeah, that's not going to happen....LOL.
