      you will get the hang of it. best to run even a tiny bit off the bike to get your legs used to it. use your foam roller on your shins and calves. so important to do some good stretching...

      Hey! Thanks for the support :) It feels weird but our coaches say that's the most trainable thing we do, so I think it's built into all of our training rides from now on. Been stretching/rolling/etc for a while and shins/calves still get so tight, but today they finally felt good - so happy! Hoping it keeps up because the pain of rolling has to be worth something, right? :-P
