    After a week off I have zero motivation. I ran for the sake of stretching before my 13 miles tomorrow.

    I was up at 6am, feeling great and geared up for a 13 mile run in the Canyon.. 1 mile out I fell and skinned both knees, bruised one and hit my hand. I ran back. Super bummed.
