    After hiking Sunday, we hit the Virginia wine festival. Hilarious times ensued.

    Hiked down to the tallest waterfalls in Shenandoah. 3 miles all down hill and 3 miles all up hill. Was definitely tired by the end, but felt great.

      great job Melanie... I did the opposite, I didn't want to get up this morning and I effectively didn't :) Zzzzz well on my defense I hva to say I went to bed at 2:30am
