    Ran from the MGM to the Las Vegas sign and back. Met another 5Fingers runner while out. Great to see one of the clan. It has to be said: I hate running on concrete.

    Hit the Trolley Trail for a 5:50am run. Met up with David H. for the second half. Felt great to get it in before heading off to Vegas. Can't wait to run the Strip!

    Took off in the morning & although I stopped a few times for breaks, it felt great.. Foot is still healing but I'm so happy to be running again.

    Still injured but ran 3.7mi & met David H. at the 1.8mi mark with my little Griffin dog. Felt great but am definitely icing it.

    Jan-Michael S. decided my arms were fat (probably not, but it sounded good) and made me do P90X with him. Shoulders are going to have a hard time allowing my arms to play piano tomorrow.
