      I know what you mean. Sometimes its almost more than I can bear to see all the roadkill. I hate to say this (no I guess I DON'T) but there are a lot of morons who speed down MHR. The cops should be out there on a daily basis ticketing speeders. And there should be a cop just stationed at the intersection of 53rd/43rd from 6am to 6pm to hand out tix to the morons who don't stop for pedestrians in the XWalk.

    first hour easy. went for a ride on my legs! after 60 minutes, picked up the pace for the last 3 miles. hilly course. weather was a little too warm b/c of late start.
