I ran 3.75 in 30:41 (8:10 pace). Then walked .4 to let my heart rate go down so I could bust a last mile 1.03 in 6:44 (6:32). 4.69 miles total of running. Awwwwww yeah!

I ran 3.2 of this in 27 minutes then walked the rest. My legs were shot today. Just nothing. SO that being said, a run is a run and I am glad I got to do it!
