      Sorry for the delayed response. I tweaked my knee during what should have been my post marathon recovery time. I felt good one day, and ran way too fast. My knee stopped me to a halt, and hasn't gotten better since.

      That stinks about your foot. Hopefully it passes quickly. Especially with school being done, this is prime time for running for you. You're still running quick though, that's good at least.

    This was FABULOUS. Biking is a little easier on my foot, so I thought I would just ride until I wanted to turn around. Great ride.

      Nice run, at least you ran something. I totally agree. My knee is killing me, but it hurts more not to run. Haha
