      My foot is getting better, thanks! I am allowed to bump up the mileage now, which is awesome. I am teaching this year, still 3rd grade. We don't start until after Labor Day this year though because our district went through a lot of construction. So I get to go camping with my boyfriend this weekend! Weeeee

    Ran for 15 minutes, then had to walk it home. Getting back into shape is hard work. Still glad to be running again!

      I had an MRI in May and discovered I had severe plantar fasciitis. I've been in PT since then and just recently got cleared to run. It's been a slow-go, but it's coming back. You having troubles too?

      I did, at least I hope it's gone. I was an idiot. Turns out I'm getting older, and my body doesn't recover like the youngsters. I tried running through tendinitis in my left IT band. Well, it progressively got worse, and I saw my sports med doc. Five weeks later after no running, here I am. I feel great now, just not in as good of shape. It'll come.

      I'm glad to see you're better again... Hopefully it stays that way.

      Sorry for the delayed response. I tweaked my knee during what should have been my post marathon recovery time. I felt good one day, and ran way too fast. My knee stopped me to a halt, and hasn't gotten better since.

      That stinks about your foot. Hopefully it passes quickly. Especially with school being done, this is prime time for running for you. You're still running quick though, that's good at least.

    This was FABULOUS. Biking is a little easier on my foot, so I thought I would just ride until I wanted to turn around. Great ride.
