    Left calf feeling sore so I ran slower n walk 1/2 mile during this 5 miles . Got in the 5 miles , beautiful day at the beach, walked to dinner with some neighbors- happy hour n dinner .

    Very chilly but sunny boardwalk this am, lots of head wind !. Headed to the warm gym to bike !!
