    ran the treadmill, then biked indoors 6 miles, stetted n cold plunge working again. Off to the Beach, hoping to swim laps early evening swim at 6 pm !

    It was even hot in the gym, ran the mill, couldn't do the 95 high humidity ! Then biked 5, and finished with a 1/4 mile lap swim. Its just amazing how good my body feels when I end with a swim... read more
