good Elliptical and Core workout 2.3 mi

Been sick for the last 2 weeks, so I was feeling pretty weak. Hips have been a little achy as well. Worked on some abs after the elliptical. Gotta get back in the swing of it. Jogged back to my dorm for a cool down.
