    Really sore from yesterday. Went short and slow in this heat. Loveeeee this weather though!

    Rainy, but not too chilly. Went a little further than I was supposed too. Knee and ankle felt a little weak in the beginning, but got better as I fell into a comfortable pace.

    My knee is all better! No more swelling or pain. Really excited. Spring Cross Country is starting up soon too! No more running inside!

    Injured my knee a few days ago. Taking it slow. Swelling has gone down but still tender. Didn't feel too bad though!
