great Spin Class: Leadville Trail 100 16 mi 00:46 20.9mph pace

"Does this bike make my butt look fast!?!" -- a la Dani Hanson!! YES, I definitely wore that t-shirt to class! The competitor came out today -- she missed hard training. :) I was sad to not see Michelle teaching but then Beverly turned it on and kicked our butts. At one point, I had my revolutions at 120 rpm on the flats sustained for 3-4 minutes. My quads were still firing but I was able to sustain!!! We rode to the Leadville Trail 100 - AWESOME! I'd love to do something like that. I SWEAR one of the athletes racing was Liddy ! Overall mileage is a guestimate based on heart rate and rpms. Yoga is really having a positive impact on my body -- my psoas are really stretching out and firing faster than ever before. Also feeling new muscles that weren't doing much assisting before, coming to play now. :D
