great Treadmill Pre-Ride Run 1.75 mi 00:14:10 08:05 pace

Today, the treadmill felt a little more accurate or at least inline with my heart rate. It's always possible that it thought I was going faster but this felt like a fast run for me. Couldn't have sustained it for more than another .25 mile. Just a short run to warmup for spin class.
