    Awesome amrap of 6 minutes doing partner bear crawls and 20 lb sprints. Then 3 rounds for time of burpee caterpillars, partner planks, hops back, and 30 squat jumps. Killer!

      Yeah it's getting tougher! But I'm loving it. Doing it today after my leg workout yesterday kicked my butt though jeez!

    Awful! I ate an apple and some almonds on my way to the gym because I was hungry and then I felt like I was going to die around mile two from a headache and nausea. Never doing that again!
