    My knees were sore from falling in a cavern on Enchanted Rock...I pushed through (lightly) sweat a TON and felt great! Followed up with an arm workout!

      oh yea, that stinks! We had a few days last week that were very humid and temps between 85 and 90 - I can't handle those temps very well!
