i had a great time doing the relay! it's so much more pleasant to run without the leaded bike legs. plus, i had the opportunity to run with a good friend, which was even more fantastic!

That's a good question. It's dreadful in my opinion. HOT, no wind therefore our body temperature rises and this is why it feels harder. Also, the seat is uncomfortable.
