    First run in 3+ months. The good news is that I managed to run the entire way. The not so good news is that my foot is throbbing, so the PF is not completely gone. Boo.

    Averaged about 15mph today, and I didn't feel wiped out - I was also able to keep up with Kari (almost). Progress is being made!
