    This was a tough ride, and I am grateful for Kari "coasting" to wait for me. I seem to have zero muscle strength remaining. Gonna be a long road back.

    The first 3.5 went okay - I actually ran almost the entire way, thanks to Brad. The back half I slowed way down and walked too much. Frustrated that these runs aren't getting any better.

      You're coming back so fast! Give yourself some credit! You haven't even been back running that long and you're already back at 7 miles!
