  2. RUN
alright Safety Harbor 5 mi 01:01 12:12 pace

First day back after a week off (due to some ongoing tightness issues). Undecided about the new shoes. They felt better while I was running, but my heels are much more uncomfortable than when I w... read more

  3. FIT
    alright Yoga 365 - Warm 60 01:00

  9. RUN
good Safety Harbor 9 mi 02:14 14:54 pace

Finally felt better today. Lots of walking - a friend wasn't feeling her run today so I walked with her on the front end, and then she retured the favor to me on the back end.

  10. VELO
    tired SoHo 5 mi 00:30 10.0mph pace

Probably not the best idea to take a spin class after running 7 miles, but I was in the area and figured I could handle it. I was wrong. I only lasted 30 minutes, and I wasn't even able to p... read more

  11. RUN
blah TNT Alum Run - Ballast Point 7 mi 01:45 15:01 pace

The first 3.5 went okay - I actually ran almost the entire way, thanks to Brad. The back half I slowed way down and walked too much. Frustrated that these runs aren't getting any better.

You're coming back so fast! Give yourself some credit! You haven't even been back running that long and you're already back at 7 miles!

    good Suncoast 46 mi 04:06 11.2mph pace

  16. RUN
alright Safety Harbor 7 mi 01:41 14:28 pace

Still feel like I am picking up cement poles with each step. Coach suggested 3:1 intervals, so I think I'll try that until I get my legs back to semi-normal. So thankful for my TEAMmates and... read more

  17. RUN
good Clearwater Bridge 1.6 mi 00:21 13:18 pace
