    still warm but much more bearable! still took it easy though.

    Hot and hilly. Mile 8 was monstrous and I had to walk a ton because it was just too Steep. Otherwise felt good. I had zero goals for this race except survive.

      That's an awesome pace for that course!! Ran it a couple years ago and thought I'd die. Good run!!
