    Fair run. Easy, downhill first half in 25:08, second half was rougher. Feels good to get back out there. First run in cool weather, gonna be coughing tonight.

  16. Need some motivation. Don't know why this always happens to me, but I start to fade about 10 months or so into training. Cannot let this hard work go to waste! Any suggestions?

      Mix it, try something totally new, Kayaking, paddle boarding, Mountain Biking, salsa, roller blades...just something to break the routine
