    Don't do it! Do you really want to spend an hour running, plus all the prelims and postlims? On second thoughts, do it now while you have time...with no kids to abandon...and GOOD LUCK to you! We'll be standing by cheering. I never could run for more than 30' and not get bored, myself...

    I hope to NOT have to run for an hour by getting my pace up! If I can run 10km in 45-50 mins, with music blaring through my earphones to keep me interested, my goal is done!
