It does feel good but I haven't lost one gram even after 4 weeks of exercising 4-6 times per week. Not one gram!

Ho dear, frustrating. I have been implementing the "eat until 80% full" strategy which was working fine, until... a few too many late party nights meant that strategy was thwarted.
